Your first deep dive into the method. You learn to see energy, and the ABC of Energy Literacy.
Two hours face to face, plus one 30-minute online follow-up. I tell you what I see in your field, and we explore the patterns, thought forms and core beliefs behind how you hold tension, protect yourself and use your energy.
One session on one thing. A block, a pattern, or a situation that has stopped moving. We find what is holding it and we work on it.
The object only moves when you reach a certain state of being. Learning to reach that state is the work. Includes The Foundation.
One year to align yourself with yourself. Weekly calls, practices built around your life, and my eyes on your field the whole way.
