Literacy is a skill, not a gift. It can be taught, and it improves with practice. That is exactly what this is.

No. You do not need to adopt my interpretation of energy or arrive with a particular spiritual belief. Explore the practices, watch your own experience and decide from there.

No. Most people arrive with no training at all, and The Foundation assumes none. You need curiosity and two weeks of real attention. Nothing else.

Usually not. Most people who have practised for years can feel a great deal and were never taught what to do with it. That is the part I teach.

If your application tells me you already have it, I will say so rather than take your money.

That is completely fine. Some people see this strongly, others faintly or not at all, and seeing sharpens with practice. There is no specific sensation you are supposed to feel.

Some people experience energy visually, as haze, shimmer, movement, colour, light or shifting depth around a person or object. Others meet it first through the body: warmth, coolness, tingling, pressure, density, a pull or push, or a change in the body's weight. For some it registers as sound or a shift in the quality of silence. For others it comes through attention: where the eye is drawn, what feels magnetic or repellent. Some meet it emotionally, as a mood that arrives without an obvious source, or intuitively, as knowing something before it is spoken. And many meet it as atmosphere: how a room feels when someone enters or leaves, how a space feels after a conversation.

Visual perception is one possible experience, but it is not required or guaranteed.

No. Energy Literacy is an educational, awareness and personal-development practice. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment and does not replace qualified healthcare.

No. During private work we may explore energetic patterns, thoughts, beliefs, emotions and personal experiences that feel connected to what you are going through. People often recognise something meaningful in what surfaces, and that recognition can shift how they relate to their situation. I do not diagnose illness or determine the medical or psychological cause of symptoms, and this does not replace medical care.

Yes. Foundations and Private Mentorship can take place online. Private Energy Readings take place in person in Tallinn or Madeira.

The Foundation: €490. Private Energy Reading: €1,100. Online Energy Reading: €690. Telekinesis, two months one to one: €15,000, or €8,000 per month, by application. It includes The Foundation. Energy Literacy 1:1 Mentorship, one year: €50,000, by application.

A Reading begins with what I see. It shows you what is actually there, and where it is holding you.

Mentorship is the long form. One year, applied to your real life, and it is where you stop needing me to tell you what your energy is doing.

Start with a Reading if you want to see what is actually there. Start with The Foundation if you want to learn the method itself.

Everything begins with a short application. Nothing is booked or paid for at that point. I read every one myself and reply personally, and if a conversation would help, I suggest one.

If you are not sure which one fits, say so in the application. I will tell you which one does, or that none of them do yet.

Every session in The Foundation is recorded, and the recordings stay with you.

Come live when you can. The live room is where your questions get answered, so it is worth protecting the time. Missing one does not put you behind.

Yes, and more often than I say yes. Usually a no to one thing is a yes to something smaller, and I say which. The reasons I use are published so you can read them before you write.

I read your application myself and reply personally, whether the answer is yes or no.

If a conversation would help, I suggest one. If we go ahead, you get the terms in writing, and then we book your first session. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid for until you have said yes to all of it.

Usually a few days. I read every application myself, so it is never instant.

If more than a week has passed, write to me again. Your message may have got lost. Technology lets us down sometimes.

Telekinesis is €8,000 a month across the two months.

For the year of 1:1 Mentorship we agree the schedule in writing before anything is paid. The Foundation and both readings are paid in one.
