Energy Literacy
Energy Literacy is a practical framework for seeing energy in your body, attention and surroundings, understanding what is shaping it, and learning how to respond with awareness.
You do not need a special gift or a particular belief.
You need curiosity, attention and practice.
I can help you see energy quickly. Almost everyone who works with me starts seeing it.
What I actually teach is how to understand, develop and use what you see. Practically, every day, in every part of your life.
Literacy, because it works like reading.
The information was always there. You were just never taught to read it.
People use the word “energy” in many different ways.
In this work, we begin with what you can actually see.
You may feel warmth, pressure, tingling, movement, tension or expansion in your body.
You may already see that your attention changes around particular people or environments.
You may have a strong intuitive impression before you consciously understand why.
You may experience visual impressions, movement, light or changes in the space around a person.
Energy Literacy gives you a framework for exploring these experiences without immediately assuming what they mean.
The first question is not:
“Is this real?” or: “What does this prove?”
The first question is: “What am I actually seeing?”
From there, we learn to investigate.
What we actually work with
Seeing is where it starts. It is not where it stays.
Where you hold tension, how you carry it, and how to let it go.
Breathing changes your state faster than thinking does. You learn to use it on purpose.
Finding where yours actually are, and building the ones that are missing.
Seeing the loop you keep repeating, and releasing what keeps it running.
The small daily ones that quietly decide how much energy you have.
What is stuck, where it sits, and how to get it moving again.
The belief underneath the reaction. You learn to catch it as it happens.
Your words, your voice, and how much room you allow yourself to take.
Getting clear about your life, and clear with yourself. Everything else follows this.
What you have surrounded yourself with, what those things carry, and how you relate to objects and the spaces you move in.
See. Understand. Use.
That is the order, and it is why the practice holds.
What you learn
Energy Literacy should not only be useful while you are meditating, attending a workshop or deliberately focusing on energy. The practice should become useful in day to day life.
Discover how you naturally see energy. It can arrive through the body, emotion, attention, knowing, inner images, sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, or the atmosphere of a room. Most people meet it through several of these at once, and one is usually stronger than the rest.
Learn what your own state feels like so that you become better able to recognise when something changes.
Use breathing and attention practices to influence your level of activation, focus and presence.
See how people, environments and situations affect you, and recognise patterns of overextending, withdrawing, protecting yourself or taking on too much. Then build the boundaries you are missing: the ones that command respect, give you confidence, and bring harmony and balance into your life.
Recognise overload earlier and develop practical ways of returning to yourself after demanding situations.
See your own state before you react, creating more space between what you feel and what you do.
Become more aware of the difference between a clear internal signal and a response shaped by fear, pressure, expectation or habit.
Apply Energy Literacy to work, relationships, leadership, creativity, movement, rest and ordinary decisions.
The purpose is not a peak experience.
It is to have something useful on an ordinary Tuesday.
Energy Literacy does not require you to adopt a spiritual belief system.
It is not a medical or psychological diagnostic system.
It does not replace therapy, healthcare, professional training, relationships or personal responsibility.
It is a framework for becoming more aware of your own experience and learning how to work with that awareness.
If you are new to the work, tell me what you are seeing and I will point you to the right step.
If you want a structured practice, continue into The Foundation.
If you prefer to go deep and work individually, start with private work.
