Energy Literacy, Energy Reading, The Foundation, Private Mentorship, Telekinesis teaching and related services are provided for educational, personal-awareness and personal-development purposes.
They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological or other healthcare services.
No service provides medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing provided through the website, events, sessions or programmes should be used as a substitute for appropriately qualified medical, psychological or other professional care.
During certain services, Triinu-Liis Rahe may describe energetic perceptions, patterns, visual impressions, intuitive observations, beliefs or associations that arise during the work.
These observations are subjective and are offered as material for personal exploration.
They should not be treated as objective medical findings, diagnoses, predictions or statements of fact about another person.
You remain responsible for deciding what meaning, if any, you give to your experience.
People experience Energy Literacy and related practices differently.
No particular physical sensation, visual experience, energetic perception, personal result or other outcome is guaranteed unless an explicit written guarantee applies to a particular offer.
Testimonials and descriptions of other participants' experiences are examples only and do not guarantee that you will have the same experience.
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us and, where payment is required, the required payment has been successfully completed.
Please check the date, time, location and format of your booking carefully.
Online participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device.
Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable and applicable payment terms will be communicated before purchase.
Where instalments are offered, the agreed payment schedule applies subject to applicable law and the cancellation/refund terms accepted at purchase.
This section applies if you are a consumer and you buy a course or other service through this website.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14 days start on the day the contract is made.
To withdraw, send a clear statement before the 14 days end to triinuliisrahe1@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
If you ask us to begin the service before the 14 days end, you must confirm this expressly when you buy. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already delivered.
The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, where you gave express prior consent to begin and acknowledged that you would lose the right on full performance.
For digital content supplied without a physical carrier, such as downloads or recordings, the right ends when delivery begins, where you gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right.
This right does not apply where the service is bought by a business rather than by a consumer.

Access links and participation information are intended for the registered participant and should not be shared unless expressly permitted.
Recording, reproducing, distributing or commercially using teaching materials without written permission is prohibited except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated, website content, teaching materials, exercises, written materials, videos, recordings, programme structures and other original content provided by Rahe Company OÜ remain the intellectual property of Rahe Company OÜ or the relevant rights holder.
Participation gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal purposes.
It does not give you permission to reproduce, teach, publish, sell or distribute those materials.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and participation.
You may stop an exercise or practice at any time.
If something feels inappropriate or unsuitable for you, stop participating and seek appropriate support where necessary.
Private Mentorship requires active participation.
The exact duration, session schedule, communication arrangements, price and payment terms will be confirmed before mentorship begins.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, mentorship does not provide emergency or on-demand mental-health support.
No money-back or results guarantee applies unless a specific written guarantee is presented before purchase.
If a guarantee is offered for a particular service, its eligibility requirements, deadline, claim process and exclusions must be clearly stated in writing.
Any guarantee is voluntary and additional. It does not limit or replace your statutory right of withdrawal described in section 8, or any other mandatory consumer right.
The website may use or link to third-party payment providers, scheduling systems, video-conferencing platforms and other external services.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to keep website information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every page will always be free from errors or omissions.
Programme details and availability may be updated where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Any limitation-of-liability provisions must comply with applicable Estonian and EU law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable Estonian or European Union law.
Where mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, mandatory law prevails.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
For purchases, the applicable contractual terms are those presented or otherwise applicable when the relevant agreement is entered into, subject to applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
