Finding the state movement comes from: attention, breath, presence, and letting the effort go.
Working with the object. Holding intention without tension, and seeing what shifts in you before anything shifts outside you.
Returning to the state on purpose, then guiding real processes in your life the same way.

You learn the method first, then you apply it to something that answers back.

I have helped hundreds of people to do this, with a gentle but very powerful approach. It is a strong tool and I do not share it lightly. If I do not think you are ready, I will tell you.
