Literacy starts with the alphabet. This is the alphabet. Every other piece of my work sits on top of what you learn in these two weeks.
Nothing here is theory you keep for later.
You practise it in the week you learn it.

The purpose is independence. I do not want you to need somebody else to tell you what your energy is doing.
You build your own ability to see,
question, understand and practise.
This is for you if

You want a practice you can actually keep. One that does not take hours morning and evening, and does not need a room to sit in.
You can give two weeks your real attention.
You want to stop guessing and start understanding.
This is not for you if you want one experience and no practice.
The whole point is that you can do it yourself afterwards.
